Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer our “white glove” delivery service to our local areas for a nominal fee. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the delivery of your merchandise and ask that you please inspect your items carefully at the time of delivery. Please bring any questions or concerns to the attention of Cramer's delivery team before they leave the premises.

If an item is refused at time of delivery for reasons other than damage, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Cramer’s will dispose of a light number of old items for you at the time of delivery.

Cramer's Return Policy

If we are notified within 24 hours of your purchase we will extend a full refund less delivery charges and subsequent charges for pickup and/or additional delivery.
For returns up to 30 days from date of purchase an in-store credit will be issued.

Your time matters to us! - Make the most of your delivery day with our handy delivery tracker. Track your scheduled delivery below using your Sales Order # to view your two hour time window.

Please note this tracker will only provide information for orders which have already received a scheduled two hour window of time and that these are ONLY estimates. We run into many variables that can change these times (i.e. weather, traffic, accidents, no-shows, challenging delivery spaces, etc.) Thank you for your understanding.
